Batman Returns (1992)

The Cobblepot family is a rich and respected family throughout Gotham. The family gives birth to a child with physical characteristics. The child has flippers instead of hands. At an early age, a child kills a cat. Parents realize that something is wrong with the child and throw him off the bridge. The child survives and is raised by penguins.

33 years have passed. It's Christmas Eve, and everyone is holding their breath waiting for a miracle. But then criminals in clown masks show up and spoil Christmas. A well-known billionaire in a Batman costume neutralizes criminals. A businessman turns out to be at the head of the gang. Max Shrek accidentally falls into the lair of Cobbolt, who calls himself a Penguin. The penguin, with the help of Shrek, becomes a respected person in society. Selina Kyle is Max Schreck's secretary. She finds a plan to centralize electricity. And Shrek throws her out of the window. The girl lies around the running cats for a long time. Upon recovering, Celine discovers a split personality and becomes a catwoman. The penguin becomes a hero with the help of Shrek. But the mayor does not approve Shrek's plan. Therefore, together they develop a plan on how to move the mayor from office and make Penguin the new mayor of Gotham.
