Lawless (2012)

What would every alcoholic do if they were banned from drinking? I would probably be looking for any way to circumvent this ban. The film takes place in the South of America. Not only did the Great Depression roll in, they also declared prohibition. The viewer's attention is focused on the family living in all this mess. Three brothers under the name Bondurant are engaged in a business prohibited for their time: the underground creation of alcoholic beverages and their sale.

The youngest of the brothers is delighted with the family business. He dreams of a large sum of money and a girl he really wants to impress - Bertha. The middle brother, Forrest, is extremely cautious. He is constantly thinking about something and suspects almost every customer. And for a reason. After all, the elder constantly has to deal with raids and local police.
