In the Line of Fire (1993)

Horrigan and Andrea, agents of the US Secret Service, they manage to expose a gang of counterfeiters, for which the management gives them extra points for a job well done. After some time, Harisson faces a serious threat, he receives a call from an unknown person who informs the agent that he is going to eliminate the president. The main character has already been in a similar situation, but could not protect Kennedy, which greatly affected his mental wound. After hearing the threats, the officer realizes that he is being challenged again and he must confront him and ensure the safety of a high-ranking person.

Agents are facing a serious problem, it is impossible to calculate the caller, he was professionally connected to other lines and it was not possible to detect his location. The man managed to leave unnoticed, but during a long search, the identity of psychopaths is revealed. They are assisted by a former CIA officer, Mitch Leary, who was cut from service about a year ago. To protect the president of the country, Horrigan gets a job in the personal protection of the head of the nation, but he has to stay here for a while, Leary arranges a provocation, after which the agent is removed from the protection of the first person of the country.
