Sooryavansham (1999)

The head of the Suryavansham family, Thakur Singh, has always been a respected personality who is revered by the villagers of Bharatpur. A man leading a peasant farm in several villages at once has a tremendous influence on the local police and administration. Bhanupratap lives in a huge mansion with his wife Sharda, three sons and a daughter.

One of his offspring works as an engineer, the second works as a doctor, and the third, the youngest, causes only negative emotions in parents, because he is an illiterate young man who is forbidden to participate in family affairs. The guy does "menial" work, but he never complains about fate. As a child, although the main character went to school, he was not interested in studying at all, he failed all exams.
